We offers a wide range of condensate polishing solutions, from deep bed condensate polishers and powdered resin condensate treatment, to special resin grades and off-site regeneration. Condensate polishing can improve bottom line by reducing the losses or damages caused by corrosion and deposits; it can significantly reduce start-up times and the frequency of routine cleaning. This translates into cost savings and greater operating efficiencies for our customers.

Softeners

Water Softener removes Calcium and Magnesium from Hard water and produce soft water. These industrial water softeners are available in various capacities and are made of MSEP / MSRL and FRP. Our industrial water softeners are custom built plants designed as per the specified requirements of our clients. The industry needs soft water having hardness less than 5 ppm i.e. commercial zero. Considering this fact, we design, fabricate, supply and install the suitable model plant to meet the soft water requirement of various industries.

De-Mineralizer and Mix Bed Plant

We design, manufacture and supply DM plants and mixed bed polishers. Ion Exchange process utilizes ion exchange resin for the removal of dissolved salts in surface and groundwater sources to meet industrial water standards.. In these plants, impurities are replaced by hydrogen and hydroxyl ions, and the water that is produced is extremely pure. Demineralization plants are used for the purpose of TDS reduction to required levels. It includes the ion-exchange system that is chosen very accordingly to the volumes and composition of the raw water. If silica removal is not required, our treatment systems may consist of a hydrogen cation exchanger unit and a weekly basic anion exchanger unit usually followed by a degasifier.

Mixed-bed plants are used for fine polishing of demineralized water produced in an automatic two-tank plant or a reverse osmosis plant. The plants are also available with manual regeneration. The plant can also produce moderate amounts of demineralized water of high quality directly from water from waterworks.

The mixed-bed plants are used for fine polishing in high tech water installations, e.g. the medical and electronics industries, hospitals, power stations, and for production of moderate amounts of demineralized water from waterworks. By treating demineralized water with low carbonic acid content, a conductivity of less than 0.1 µS/cm.We use resin manufacturer graphs and guidelines of Regeneration levels, Exchange capacities, velocities, bed depth, bed expansion, pressure drops, various ratios of impurities etc to optimize resin performance and regeneration chemical consumptions through selection of up-flow, down-flow, co-current and counter-current regeneration techniques.
